Insight Agent: AI Analytics Chat

Insight Agent: AI Analytics Chat

Every marketing team has the same bottleneck. A question comes up mid-meeting – how did last month’s email campaign really perform? – and the answer lives three clicks and one export away, if you’re lucky. More often, it lives with an analyst who’s already got a queue.

That gap between having a question and getting an answer is where good decisions slow down. Insider One built an Insight Agent to close it.

The self-service analytics gap is real

Most marketers aren’t short on data. They’re short on time to get to it. Performance numbers sit across dashboards, spreadsheets, and export files. Anything more specific than the default report means a request to a data team, a SQL query, or a wait.

That friction adds up: slower decisions, more back-and-forth between marketing and data teams, and insights that arrive after the moment to act on them has passed.

Introducing Insight Agent – analytics, on command

Insight Agent is a new conversational layer inside the Insider One panel – the first agent of Insider One AI. Instead of navigating to a report, marketers ask a question in plain language and get an answer back, right where they already work.

It’s now generally available to all Insider One partners.

Ask, don’t query

Type a question the way you’d ask a colleague, “How did our email campaigns perform last month?” or “Show my top 5 SMS campaigns by revenue this quarter.” Insight Agent reads the intent, pulls the answer from your campaign and channel data, and can point out where to look next. Ask a follow-up to refine any answer, and reopen the conversation later – no SQL, no export, no ticket.

A few more questions Insight Agent can answer:

  • “What’s our 30-day retention by country?”
  • “Compare web push and email conversion over the last 90 days.”
  • “Which audience segment converted best in our last campaign?”

Every answer is a widget

Insight Agent doesn’t just reply in text. Each answer comes back as a widget – a chart, table, or KPI – built from your data. That widget is reusable the moment it appears.

Pin it, build it, own it

Pin any widget to a Custom Dashboard. Over time, those pins become a dashboard that reflects exactly what your team tracks — built through conversation, saved, and owned by you.

One agent, every channel, plus your own data

Insight Agent covers performance across the channels marketers already run through Insider One: SMS, email, web push, WhatsApp, on-site, Smart Recommender, Eureka, and Journeys. It also surfaces user and audience behavior insights, so the same conversation can move from campaign performance to audience patterns without switching tools.

For partners with their own data warehouse – Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks – Insight Agent extends further, connecting your own data into the same conversation.

What this means for your team

Outcome language beats feature lists, so here’s what actually changes day to day.

Decisions happen in minutes, not days – answers are available on demand, any time. Marketers get self-serve insight without SQL, exports, or a wait on an analyst. Custom Dashboards become something your team builds and owns, not something requested and delivered. Every channel and your own connected data live in one place to ask from. And the back-and-forth between marketing and data teams goes down, because the basic questions no longer need a ticket.

Built to be safe, global, and ready now

Insight Agent is read-only, so asking a question never puts your data or setup at risk. It works in any language, with the strongest performance in English. Every conversation is saved, so past questions and answers are there when you need them again.

This isn’t a beta. It’s live, generally available, to every Insider One partner today.

The first of many

Insight Agent is the first agent of Insider One AI, not the only one. Every agent shares the same chat surface inside the panel – you ask, and your request is automatically routed to the right specialist behind the scenes.

Start asking your data questions

The dashboards, exports, and SQL requests aren’t going away entirely. But for the questions marketers ask most, there’s now a faster path: ask Insight Agent, right inside your Insider One panel.

Frequently asked questions

What is Insight Agent?

Insight Agent is the first agent of Insider One AI — a conversational layer inside the Insider One panel. Marketers ask analytics questions in plain language and get answers back as widgets they can pin into Custom Dashboards.

Is Insight Agent available now?

Yes. It’s generally available today to all Insider One partners. This is a full GA release, not a beta.

What data can I ask about?

Campaign and channel performance across SMS, email, web push, WhatsApp, on-site, Smart Recommender, Eureka, and Journeys, plus user and audience behavior insights. Partners with their own warehouse — Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks — can extend Insight Agent to their own connected data.

What happens to the answers I get?

Every answer comes back as a widget — a chart, table, or KPI. You can pin any widget to a Custom Dashboard to build a saved view you own and revisit.

Is Insight Agent safe to use?

Yes. It’s read-only, so asking a question never changes your data or setup. Your conversation history is saved so you can return to past questions and answers.

What languages does Insight Agent support?

It works in any language, with the strongest performance in English.
