Obtain all 9 badges shown on Badger:
- Green Hill Zone’s Secret!
- So Close!!
- Cook
- Standard Complete
- You Win
- Secret Egg
- Super Secret Gift of ice
- Secret Tunnel
- Secret!
After you have all 9, return to Secret Universe and the secret will be awarded.
