The bravest brands know how to cross boundaries in the most epic of ways, and this year, they’re reaching for the altar. From limited-time wedding chapels to brand ambassadors and mascots serving as officiants, adventurous and social-first couples are letting brands play a part in their “forever” story. Talk about high stakes and cakes.
ESPN gave new meaning to “wedding ring” by hosting its first-ever WWE-themed wedding experience. Before WrestleMania 42 kicked off in Las Vegas, five WWE superfans officially became “tag teams for life” when they exchanged vows at a ceremony officiated by WWE wrestler The Miz. And get this: Participating couples received a commemorative “WWEdding” certificate (that’ll stay in the family for generations, we’re sure).
After last year’s pop-up outside of NYC’s City Hall, Pinterest once again built a campaign around its Wedding Trends Report, this time playing the role of wedding coordinator. The pop-up at New York Memento, a photo booth studio, showcased viral color palettes, speakeasy venues, bridal fashions and pre-wedding rituals that have gained popularity across more than 7 billion wedding searches on the platform.

Ahead of the premiere of “The Drama,” A24 opened The Drama Wedding Chapel, where couples could reserve a spot online to get married on the Las Vegas Strip. Upon receiving confirmation of their appointment, they received the address to the one-day chapel’s location. There, they were treated to “the full Vegas spectacle,” with music, flowers, champagne, exclusive movie-themed merch and a photographer.
The movie’s stars, Zendaya and Alana Haim, crashed one of the weddings to serve as the lucky couple’s witnesses and sign their marriage certificate. As The Drama Wedding Chapel’s invite says, “Vegas has a way of rewarding the bold.”
