Track one:

Look at you! You landed the internship, a step-up on the career ladder. Get ready for a whirlwind (in all the best ways, of course).
As interns who have been there – here is a playlist of songs that might start to hit a little different now.
Track two:

Starting a new job is scary. Starting your first internship? Even scarier. When you’re tackling unfamiliar tasks, it’s easy to start second guessing yourself. In the initial stages – before you find your groove, a fresh perspective is your most valuable asset.
Contributing, even imperfectly, is better than holding back! Afterall, how are you supposed to learn if you’re too afraid to try something new?
Confidence isn’t something you wait to feel, it’s something you build – from trying and sometimes failing! Growth happens outside of your comfort zone – so ‘give yourself a try’ chances are, you’ll rock it!
Track three:

Working in a field you’ve only learned in school and being assigned tasks that are new to you can feel frightening. It’s important to remember that you’re in a new environment and nobody expects you to know everything. Questions are necessary – after all, there is no such thing as ‘dumb’ questions!
Asking for help isn’t a weakness, it’s a strength and shows you’re ready to learn! It takes courage to admit you don’t always know the answer. Our team welcomed our questions, reminding us that it is okay to say ‘help’ when you need it! This is what gave us the space to grow and develop our skills.
Track four:

Making mistakes is inevitable. In fact, expect to make them!
While one mistake may feel like the end of the world, take it as a learning opportunity. As an intern you’re guaranteed to make mistakes. After all, you’re here to learn!
The silver lining? Making mistakes is a necessary and normal part of the learning process. Regardless of how frustrating and discouraging it may feel, remember to give yourself grace.
Make the mistake. Learn from it. Grow from it. Own them.
After all, to be human is to err!
Track five:

PR is collaborative at its core.
The ability to deliver in the volume that we do is because of one thing: teamwork.
No single deliverable gets sent to the client without multiple pairs of eyes on it. As an intern your other team members will have more experience. The most important thing is to be open to feedback and see revisions as an opportunity to learn, not as failure.
You can learn so much by watching a great team in action. These are the lessons that can’t be taught from a textbook or even in class.
Our team has years of diverse PR experience and every project we collaborated with them on was a mini masterclass.
They didn’t just guide us; they challenged us and helped us grow into the professionals we want to become.
Track six:

In PR no two days are the same!
Whether it’s jumping from internal meetings to client calls, managing deliverables, responding to emails to everything in between. In the midst of the daily hustle, it’s easy for things to slip under the radar.
Since PR moves quickly, staying organized is essential. There is no worse feeling than that pit in your stomach that comes when you realize you’ve missed something.
How do you combat that? A planner, aka your new best friend! Make to-do lists, use your calendar and prioritize your deliverables. Time management will be the biggest asset in your workday, and staying on top of your workload will set you up for success.
Track seven:

The best way to make the most of your internship is to take initiative; say yes – to everything!
Trying new things or offering support on a task is a great way to gain experience and develop your PR toolkit. Being someone who is versatile and multifaceted will help you stand out as a resourceful team member.
Our best advice? Embrace the challenge!
Track eight:

And just like that, our summer is over! To our fellow interns, ‘Good Luck, Babe!’
