Travel to the Fruitopia area (A Growing Population event marker) in the Baadlands map (north-east of the map).
Look around Fruitopia for small glowing mutant seeds scattered on the ground.
Lick each seed you find to pick it up (Square on PS5 / X on Xbox / E or left mouse on PC).
Go to any bag of soil nearby and plant the seed into it.
Find and plant a total of 10 seeds.
Lick all 10 of the grown mutant plants to harvest them to complete the A Growing Population event.
The Planter outfit will be automatically unlocked!
