- Go to the Badger structure and view the list of required badges (this list is visible once you have Outsider).

Obtain all 9 badges shown on Badger:
- Green Hill Zone’s Secret!
- So Close!!
- Cook
- Standard Complete
- You Win
- Secret Egg
- Super Secret Gift of ice
- Secret Tunnel
- Secret!
- After you have all 9, return to Secret Universe and the secret will be awarded.

Explanation
Task Master is a meta-collection secret: instead of solving a single puzzle, you must obtain every badge
displayed on the Badger structure (9 total). The secret is linked to the
