You can obtain it from the Unclaimed Rewards sign when your Chubby Chipmunk reaches 30.48kg.
To get there, you must place the Chubby Chipmunk in your garden, stay online, and it will occasionally eat fruits in your garden.
The Hyrax occasionally eats a random fruit in your garden and spits out a Fissure Berry seed.
