HCSS, Procore, and Handoff are frequently cited by G2 reviewers for sustained daily use well past onboarding. HCSS reviewers highlight years of consistent use, Procore is embedded across project lifecycles at most firm sizes, and Handoff improves in accuracy the longer it is used.

While I analyzed and experimented with multiple construction estimating software to understand what goes behind construction projects, the actual processes and workflows of companies might differ.

While I took dummy or demo variables to design contractor or vendor workflows, real companies have to make wise investments in talent acquisition, pitch contractor proposals, and create bids and tenders to monitor all facets of construction projects.
