For years, I’ve written and spoken about the tactics, strategies, and platforms that define social media marketing. I’ve celebrated the wins, analyzed the trends, and helped thousands of you navigate this ever-changing landscape. But lately, I’ve felt a shift.

It feels like the conversation has gotten… stuck.

The Challenges Every Social Media Manager is Facing

We’re stuck talking about fleeting algorithm hacks instead of sustainable strategy. We’re stuck on a content treadmill that values quantity over quality, leading to widespread burnout. We’re stuck defending our work instead of confidently demonstrating its value.

I believe we, as practitioners and industry leaders, are ready for a different kind of conversation. And I’ve been working on a new way to have it.

That’s why I’ve been pouring my energy into creating a new home for this conversation. A place where we can get past the noise and focus on what truly moves the needle.
