Travel to the area near Hooferdome, just to the right of Haggle Town (northeast of Haggle Town / close to the radio tower in Fruitopia / Hooferdome border).
Find the large Octo-Bonk statue (a big octopus-like structure).
Summon or find a car / vehicle nearby.
Use the nearby ramps to build speed.
Ram the Octo-Bonk statue three times with the car at high speed (aim for different eyes/tentacles or the body each time).
After the third successful ram, a cutscene plays and the event completes.
