- Unlock all combat upgrades from the research tab from Captial City Lv. 1 to Lv. 4.
- Skip turns until a dangerous threat appears.
- You can tell if a threat is dangerous by selecting the Settlement and looking for a “Dangerous Threat” note.
- Build 2 Militias in that Settlement and upgrade them to Lv. 2 (if possible).
- Train or move units to the Settlement that has a dangerous threat (e.g. 2x Guards, 2x Archers, 2x Soldiers, 1x Rangers).
- Battle after x turns.
- Quest complete!
