Ukrainian entrepreneurs continue to build global companies amidst immense challenges. This is part of why we launched the Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund, which began with an initial $5 million in 2022 and expanded with a new $10 million fund for 2024. This fund provides crucial equity-free cash awards and dedicated Google support to help founders sustain and grow their businesses, strengthen their community and lay a vital foundation for post-war economic recovery.
Today, we’re proud to welcome the latest and final cohort of the Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund. Operated by 1991, the first and largest startup accelerator in Ukraine, Googler for Startups has now supported a total of 98 companies with equity-free funding and hands-on mentorship. We’ll continue to provide each recipient with mentoring sessions and product support. Each selected startup receives up to $100,000 in non-dilutive funding, ongoing Google mentorship, product support and up to $350,000 in Google Cloud credits. Our goal is to provide them with unique expertise, connections and resources to adapt and expand despite the ongoing war.
