Agentforce 360: The New Platform Layer
The main announcement was the general availability of Agentforce 360. This is now the foundational platform layer for all Salesforce applications, including Marketing Cloud. Agentforce 360 connects employees, operations, customers, and AI-powered agents. All of this is orchestrated through trusted enterprise data, with Data 360 at the centre. The new agentic layer sits above the Salesforce data layer. It enables seamless collaboration between humans and AI agents across every touchpoint.
For marketers, this means that campaigns, customer journeys, and analytics are dynamically enhanced by agents that can act, learn, and optimise in real time. Slack is the main interface for this intelligence, and Salesforce now positions it as an agentic operating system for the enterprise. Conversations in Slack can be turned into actionable business outcomes.
