The Story Behind the Loyalty Program

Brightline is more than just a way to get from A to B. It’s a premium journey rooted in hospitality. It was built for innovation and speed, brought to life with incredible attention to detail. The Loyalty Program in a Nutshell

Brightline Rewards is as sleek and straightforward as the trains themselves. Available to travellers via online or through the Brightline mobile app, including a handy Wallet solution.

With simplicity at its core, Brightline Rewards is a point-based program where members earn points for every dollar spent. 

  • There is no threshold for redeeming points; members can redeem rewards whether they’ve earned $1 or $100. 
  • It’s fast, flexible, and incredibly user-friendly. 
  • The program also rewards group bookings, letting one person rack up points for the entire travel party.

To kick things off, Brightline launched with a bang:

  • Triple points during the first two months.
  • A 1 million point giveaway for early adopters.
  • Surprise-and-delight perks like exclusive discounts, member-only events, and VIP access.

Members can sign up via the Brightline app or website, where they’ll find a digital wallet, real-time tracking of their points, and their personalized rewards card, which unlocks discounts at in-station bars and markets. It’s the kind of frictionless, delightful experience modern travelers expect, and rarely get.

Results That Signal a Green Light

Although Brightline Rewards is still in its early days (just over six weeks live at the time of the interview above), results are already tracking impressively:

  • High member acquisition within the first few weeks.
  • Increased trip frequency among loyalty members.
  • 40–50% of current riders are already enrolled.

That’s a remarkably fast uptake, especially in transportation, where loyalty adoption can be a slow ride. Brightline is showing that if the experience is right and the rewards are meaningful, customers are quick to get on board.

Plus, as a sort of bonus, Brightline’s Loyalty Marketing Manager, Stephanie Skora, also highlighted how easy it is to contact our team, search our Antavo Academy content, and stay on top of everything.

I think that one of my favorite features in Antavo is the ease of setting up promotions. We launched our Triple Points promotion with the launch of the program. That was something very easy that was set up. We obviously had a lot of support from our technical development team, but we feel very comfortable in the ongoing management of it within Antavo. I have to say that’s one thing I’m looking forward to using in the future ourselves.
