Over a third of employees believe AI will hurt their job prospects, according to Pew Research — and that fear shows up as generational friction, burnout and fight-or-flight reactions in your workforce. Add in that 92% of Gen Z say it’s essential they feel comfortable discussing mental health at work and the pressure on communicators to get the messages right — and regulate their own stress levels while doing it — has never been higher.
