Fix 1: Access your camera then select the photo icon

- Open Messenger and navigate to the chat you want to send a photo/video to.
- Tap on the camera icon to access your camera.
- Tap on the photo icon while on your camera.
- Select the photo/video you want to send and send it!
Fix 2: Select the Google Photos icon

- Open Messenger and navigate to the chat you want to send a photo/video to.
- Tap on the photos icon to access your gallery.
- If it’s empty, tap on the Google Photos icon instead.
- Select the photo/video you want to send and send it!
