What’s on Offer?
As of 12th June 2025, you can request to have these powerful AI features enabled in your Eloqua environment. Oracle will be proactively reaching out to all customers over the coming month, but if you’re eager to get started, you can request activation straight away.
Fatigue Analysis
Say goodbye to over-messaging. This feature helps you avoid bombarding your audience, leading to increased engagement.
Each contact is assigned a Fatigue Level e.g. Inactive, Just right, Oversaturated High, Medium, Low, Saturated High, Medium, Low or Undersaturated.
You can add these filters to Segments, Shared Filters and apply them to your Lead Score Models and more.
Send Time Optimisation (STO)
Ensure your messages land at the most impactful moment, reaching your audience when they’re most likely to engage.
Each client will have their specific use case for STO. An obvious use case for many Eloqua clients will be lead nurture and always-on campaigns where the delivery date and time of particular emails is not critical.
Maximising Eloqua Advanced Intelligence:Â An introduction
Oracle Eloqua Advanced Intelligence is now included as standard in the Eloqua platform.
It uses artificial intelligence to help you make better decisions, personalise your communications, and increase engagement.

Generative AI
Revolutionise your content creation! Instantly generate subject lines and craft or rewrite content for emails, landing pages, shared and dynamic content (with some considerations for the latter), and SMS messages – all directly within Eloqua.
When you request access, Oracle will ask you to agree & acknowledge the following:
“All Generative AI traffic is currently routed through the Oracle Chicago data center. Generative AI features use pre-trained large language models (LLMs) that are not trained on customer data. No customer data is shared, mixed, or combined to train ML models, or to process Gen AI requests.”
