A surprise experience. A two-week deadline. A team of creatives.
This offsite was never going to be traditional, and that’s exactly why it worked.
The Challenge
When the CEO of Pacific Content reached out just two weeks before their team’s retreat in New Orleans, the ask was clear: design an alternative, creative, and mind-bending team experience—not a typical corporate team-building event.
It was a surprise for their team of 30. It had to feel unexpected, memorable, and aligned with who they were.
The Insight
This was a group of audio storytellers and musicians. We knew immediately that Music Box Village, a sonic art installation tucked inside New Orleans, was the perfect fit. Strange, immersive, and highly collaborative, it wasn’t just a venue—it was a message.
The Execution
Clandestine handled every aspect of the experience:
- Venue sourcing and booking
- Talent and facilitation
- Food and beverage coordination
- Transportation logistics
- A custom-designed team competition
- Full run-of-show and flow
All the client had to do was show up.
The Result
The evening became the emotional high point of their retreat. The team left with stronger connections, creative energy, and a sense of shared discovery.
“They orchestrated a truly magical experience that bonded us as a team and created wonderful shared memories. These people know what they are doing and they are the best at it.”
— Jennifer Ouano, CEO, Pacific Content

What This Proves
A truly unforgettable offsite doesn’t require months of planning or a massive budget. It requires three things:
A clear vision. A trusted partner. A willingness to do something unexpected.
If you bring the team, we’ll handle the rest.
