You can obtain it by getting an Anti Bee Egg from the Limited Shop for Robux or by crafting it.
The Anti Bee Egg takes 4 Hours and 10 Minutes to hatch and has a 1% chance of hatching the Disco Bee.
It applies the Rainbow mutation to a nearby fruit with 5+ mutations every ~30 minutes.
