When viewing the lead score dashboard in Eloqua, as shown below, note that the numbers represent all contacts in your database, including customers, partners, and prospects etc.
To obtain specific lead metrics for the target audience that your Lead Score Model is designed for, you need to create custom dashboards in Insight.
You can also create a Segment and use the various filter criteria to exclude contacts that don’t meet the model parameters. For example, if your Lead Score Model is designed to highlight Prospects, then you can exclude all Contacts who are NOT Prospects.
This assumes you have a data value that identifies Contacts as types i.e. Customers, Partners, Prospects etc.
