Managing social media accounts can be a challenge. Agorapulse makes doing so a lot easier by streamlining many tasks, but there’s always a level of hassle and tedium that’s hard to overcome. So often, social media posts are designed in one app, approved by management in another, and then posted using a third. And sometimes, questions from customers get stuck in the inbox rather than forwarded to the sales or support teams because your social team is focused on a client deadline.

The good news? Now, there’s a fix. Agorapulse has just launched a Zapier integration. 

You can now connect more than 8,000 apps directly to Agorapulse. If you already manage your social workflows with tools like Slack, Asana, HubSpot, or Trello, your social media team can save countless hours by automating Agorapulse with Zapier. Instead of manually copying and pasting posts between apps, Zapier can do it automatically. Similarly, it can automatically send messages from your customers to the right team.

What Is Zapier?

Zapier is a no-code automation platform that now connects Agorapulse to over 8,000 other apps from ActiveCampaign and Airtable to YouTube and ZenDesk. It works using a simple “if this, then that” workflow called Zaps. 

Each Zap has a trigger (like a new approved post in Asana) and an action (like creating a draft post in Agorapulse). With just a few minutes of setup, a Zap can turn repetitive manual tasks into a seamless automation that saves hours of your teams’ time. 

Zapier also has other advanced features to power your social workflows. You can use flow control, so Zaps only trigger when certain criteria are met. Plus, you can add filters and AI-powered inputs.

What Can You Do With Agorapulse and Zapier?

Agorapulse can be used to either trigger a Zap or as an action when something happens in another app. 

Agorapulse currently has two options as a trigger:

  • It can trigger a Zap when you get a new inbox item or when its labels or sentiment analysis is updated. 
  • It can trigger a Zap when a post is published (or fails to publish). 

Agorapulse also currently has two options as an action:

  • It can create a new post draft when it triggers.
  • It can create a new publishing note when it triggers.

Using just these four building blocks, you can automate your social media workflows in incredible ways.

If you use ClickUp, Asana, or some other tool to plan your social strategy, someone has to manually copy and paste all the relevant content to Agorapulse once it’s been approved. Not only does this take time, but it also adds opportunities for errors. You don’t want to accidentally schedule an important post to go out at the wrong time!

An update crashes your app. Your website goes down. Some unforeseen disaster leads to a sudden upswing in negative mentions on social media.
