Hi, I’m John Watson with Accrue Marketing.

Regardless of the focus, our approach is the same. Planning starts by helping you get clear on your goals. Once goals are clear, we devise solutions with a good chance of success and acceptable levels of risk. Then we assist stakeholders to understand and make informed choices.

One of the cornerstones of our approach is incrementalism. Because we work with small to mid-size companies, we break the process into a series of go, no go steps. This approach controls your risk, helps to manage costs while fostering stakeholder inclusion and buy-in. We also keep costs down by keeping reporting and communication appropriate to the audience. The communication required to create buy-in for a small group of owners is vastly different from a large stakeholder group. Our approach makes strategic planning accessible and cost-effective.
