• Go to Security and Compliance > TFA (Two-Factor Authentication).
• Toggle it ON and enable for your entire organization.
• Users will be prompted to set up their preferred 2FA method (Zoho OneAuth, SMS, etc.).

6. Set Up SPF Record: Setting up an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record tells email providers that Zoho is authorized to send emails on your behalf. This helps prevent spoofing and improves your email deliverability.
