I’m thrilled to join Forrester as a principal analyst covering B2B marketing strategy. For years, I’ve looked to Forrester for smart insights and practical advice — now I get to be part of the team that delivers it. It’s a privilege, and I’m genuinely grateful for the chance to work alongside such talented people.

Why Forrester? Why Now?

My connection to Forrester goes back more than two decades. As a marketing leader, advisor, and client, I’ve relied on Forrester’s research and analyst expertise to help me make better decisions and see around corners when those decisions are hard. The opportunity to join now, at a time when B2B marketing is changing faster than ever, means I can leverage my experience in new ways to help others navigate this complexity and turn uncertainty into growth.

What I Bring To The Table

I’ve spent my career on the front line, leading marketing service providers and working as a B2B marketing advisor and innovator. Most recently, I’ve been in “startup mode,” getting hands-on with AI and marketing technology and focused on what works in the real and changing world. My approach is simple: Define a clear strategy connected to business outcomes, break down silos, and ensure that customer value anchors every decision.

What I’ll Be Working On

At Forrester, my research will focus on helping marketing leaders:

  • Put the customer at the heart of every decision.
  • Make sense of AI and new technologies (without the hype).
  • Build marketing strategies that weather today’s turbulent environment.
